With a strong background in business administration and finance, Donna is also a Registered BAS Agent with the Tax Practitioners Board, bringing exceptional organisational, administrative and problem-solving expertise to every engagement.
Donna believes every client deserves the support of a qualified, knowledgeable professional. To ensure the highest standard of care, she has undertaken specialist training in Trauma-Sensitive Practice for Complex Trauma, Mental Health First Aid, and Environmental Neglect and Home Hoarding. This ensures clients receive informed, compassionate support, particularly during complex or emotionally challenging circumstances.
